• All printed materials need to be reviewed, even if you are paying for it
  

• Nothing should be “charged to Okanogan Dems” by anyone but the Treasurer, Nancy, no exceptions
  

• For reimbursement, expenditures must be approved by Terry before money is spent
  

• A copy of the receipt must be submitted

Your PCO Term:

Effective November 30, 2026 - all current elected and appointed PCO terms expire. 

Effective December 1, 2026 - all newly-elected PCO terms begin.

Effective December 31, 2026 - all elected and appointed officer terms expire. 

The reason for the one-month lag is so that the newly elected PCOs can "reorganize" the chapter.  It is ONLY the newly-elected PCOs who recruit candidates and vote for the positions of Chair, First-Vice Chair, State Committee Member 1 and State Committee Member 2.  When at all possible these positions must be held by 2 males and 2 females.
